Why do you love it so much?What is your favourite\nbook written in a language other than your mother tongue? (read either in the\noriginal language or in translation) Who is your favourite\nauthor? Have you read anything especially\ngood recently (particularly during the current lockdown)? Do you have any\nrecommendations?\n\n\n\nThere has been some\ninteresting literary discussion on Twitter recently\, so we thought it would be\ninteresting to extend this to a get-together on Zoom. \n\n\n\nThe initial meeting will be held at 7.30 pm on Monday 1 June and will take the form of an informal chat about a pastime we all love.  \n\n\n\nIf the idea takes off\, we intend to hold subsequent sessions on different evenings to enable everyone to take part.
