Manchester (Chorlton).
Are you mainly a translator or interpreter or both? What languages?
Interpreter (German A, English B, French C).
What are your specialist fields?
European works councils, medical/pharma, business/sales meetings.
What’s the strangest/most interesting project you’ve ever worked on?
Interpreting during a 90-minute wine tasting where the client insisted I try all the wines as well (no spitting allowed).
Tell us about a particularly proud moment in your translation career:
That moment when delegates say, “So you have a medical/legal etc background, right?”

Variety of work and independence.

What are your plans for professional development or a new field you’d like to work in?
I’d like to explore/work from a remote simultaneous interpreting (RSI) hub.
