I’m a freelance translator based in Oldham. I spent two years living in Mexico and have also spent time in Guatemala and Cuba, studying the language, culture, history and politics of each country.
I have substantial experience working in the non-profit sector, having worked for Translators without Borders and Mayan Families. My main area of focus is the translation of academic social sciences texts.
I’m also a lover of Latin American literature and am a published literary translator.
Outside of translation, I’m a lover of martial arts, music and travel.
