Education
I have obtained my A-level equivalent (‘Matura’) in Poland in 2018, with an A* in English as a Foreign Language, and an A in German, Polish and Art History. In 2022 I have completed a BA German (post-A level) and Chinese (ab initio) with First Class Honours at the University of Manchester. I am currently a student of an a MA course in Translation and Interpreting Studies at the same university.
Professional Qualifications
I have completed a professional internship at a translation company Norbert Zaenker & Kollegen in Berlin, Germany. During my time there I supported the in-house staff with translation project management, i.e. background research on particular interpreting orders, proofreading of finished translations and preparing them for delivery to customers.
